I’m so disappointed with this practice, my dentist has been off sick long term we had 2 appointments cancelled, I’ve been unwell called up today to discover our dentist has retired and myself and 3 children now have no dentist even though I was promised on 2 separate occasions that we would not lose our place at this practice, so so disappointing that we were not told the truth

Such a fantastic dental practice. I (of course we) dread going to the dentist but this place rocks. Everyone seems to be part of the happy team. The hygienist is amazing and def my favourite. Can’t recommend highly enough. Ignore grim exterior

Dr Shan is a wizard a dentistry! Had an implant fitted at Ripley Family Dental and I am so pleased with it. I am quite particular with how things look but was happy to find that Dr Shan was even more particular and treated the process like it was him own teeth! Reception staff and all other staff are very polite and helpful too. Very happy and would 100% recommend.
